Reservations

There are multiple ways to book boarding reservations at Mallard Pointe Kennels.

Online: We do take reservations from the links on our website (below) which will redirect you to our PetExec Owner Portal. If you are an existing customer, you can also use the button in the top right of the screen labeled “Owner Portal.”

Phone: We also take reservations over the phone at 309-949-2563. If we do not answer the phone, we are probably helping a customer or working with the animals. If you leave us a voicemail - including your call-back number - we will return your call as soon as possible.

Please note: We do have set business hours for drop-off and pick-up. To view those hours, please visit the Contact section.

**MALLARD POINTE NEVER HAS OPEN HOURS FOR DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP ON SATURDAY AFTERNOONS AND SUNDAY MORNINGS. PLEASE PLAN YOUR RESERVATION REQUESTS ACCORDINGLY.**

Pricing

Below are the rates for boarding, daycare, and exercise time at Mallard Pointe.

Boarding

  • Single Dog - $38.25 per day

  • 2 Dogs Sharing - $62.50 per day

  • 3+ Dogs Sharing - $83.25 per day*

  • Cats - $30.50 per day

Please note: Boarding rates listed are per kennel per day. Charges start on the day of drop-off, regardless of the time, and continue through the day of pick-up. If you pick-up your dog Mon - Sat during our morning hours (8 - 11am), you are not yet charged for that day; if you pick up during our afternoon hours (M-F 3 - 6pm; NO pm hours on Sat), you are charged a day of boarding. A Saturday - Sunday stay is always considered 2 days of boarding.

*Yes, three or more dogs may share a kennel with the exception of those who all need to be separated during feeding time. In that situation, you will need to reserve two separate kennels.

Exercising

  • Single Dog - $7.50 per session

  • 2 Dogs - $10.50 per session

  • 3+ Dogs - $11.50 per session

Please note: Exercise rates listed are per 15 minute session. It is the same price for a leashed walk or for off-leashed play in the play-yard. We do not offer group play for exercises sessions, and do not mix non-family dogs.

Daycare

  • Single Dog - $16.00 per day

  • 2+ Dogs Sharing - $25.00 per day

Please note: Daycare rates are for same-day drop-off and pick-ups only. It includes a FREE exercise session. If the dog stays overnight, the boarding fee will apply.

Misc.

  • Injections (i.e. insulin) - $5.00 per injection

  • 4+ Medications - $5.00 per day

  • Grooming - Please inquire. Varies by breed, coat condition, etc.
